We love decorating for fall. We must admit though, gourds and gouls can have that cheeky style that can turn your home into a fun house – eek! So we rounded up some beautiful (yes, really), not-cheesy, halloween decor that will turn your home/apartment/front porch into an elegant, festive, fall wonderland – with just enough spook thrown in. We’re trading out candy-corn orange for gilded gold, and goblins for stylish skulls (yes, they’re a thing!). The best part? You can DIY all these ideas with inexpensive and accessible supplies!
This party is one of our favorites, with gold painted skulls, candy skulls, orange and burgundy carnations, and wine bottles covered in dripping wax!
Black or purple candlesticks like these are a great way to get in the Halloween spirit. You can dye candles you already have! We’re also loving the deep shaded flowers, purple tulips? Yes, please!
See more from this purple Halloween affair here!
Instead of carving, keep your display clean and simple by filling pumpkins with flowers and using them as centerpieces like they did for this fall wedding! Or put an ultra classy spin on the gourd with white paint and use it to hold the champagne!

A sure way to add elegance? Sparkle! We loved this festive shoot!
Sequins and studs are a great way to DIY your pumpkins! We love the black and gold or the grey and orange we found here!
