Inspired by this Bright Summer Styled Wedding Session

We’re so excited to share this bright summer styled wedding session with you today, which was sent our way by our friend, Janie, from The Bride’s Cafe! Lydia and David eloped in Las Vegas and didn’t have any wedding images so they decided to have this “summer loving” inspired wedding shoot at the Historic Mankin Mansion! Full of corals, yellows, pinks and oranges, this session is so pretty and bright. From the pom poms and streamers that cover the gazebo to the massive balloons, it’s obvious that this couple has a fun side!

We are swooning over Lydia’s sparkly gold heels and ruffled cream gowns! Her statement ring and pearly bangle are the perfect accessories. Don’t even get us started on the pink ombre cake… doesn’t it look too pretty to eat? Amazing!

How cool is the life-sized chess area? It has worn down over time and definitely adds to the historic feel of the mansion. Peonies, orange parrot tulips and carnations are just a few of the flowers that were used in this shoot and were used to decorate everything from the cake to the pink table setting. This is definitely summer loving at its finest!

Be Prepared to Be Inspired…

  2. When Martin & Rebecca booked me, I did not even attempt to hide my excitement at having the opportunity to photograph a beach side wedding! This is wedding heaven, especially at my all time favourite place of Old Hunstanton … it has the beach, big open skies, pine tree’s and The Strange Arms Hotel is the perfect venue!

  3. I knew as soon as I saw this dress that it would be my wedding dress 🙂 It is so well made and the beading is just gorgeous. My fiance and I are eloping to Paris, France in May 2011, but I feel like parading around in my dress everyday. It is so beautiful
